100 Mile Fitness Challenge 3

I participated in other rounds of this challenge and had such a good time. I came close to getting 100 miles last time… I really hope to make it this time! I’ll keep track of my miles below.

Here’s how it works:
In order to complete this Challenge, you will need to “travel” 100 miles from April 1 through June 30, 2010.

Here’s how you calculate your mileage:
*Running or walking 1 mile outside or on a treadmill equals 1 mile.

*15 minutes of other workouts equals 1 mile (elliptical, swimming, weight lifting, workout video, workout classes, etc.).

  • 5/2 – 2 miles
  • 4/29 – 2 miles
  • 4/20 – 2 miles
  • 4/19 – 1 mile
  • 4/14 –  2 miles
  • 4/13 – 2 miles
  • 4/12 – 2 miles
  • 4/11 – 3 miles
  • 4/8 – 2 miles
