Should be Reading asks:

What great books did you hear about / discover this week? Share with us your FRIDAY FINDS!

I’ve read about Scott Westerfield‘s Uglies and Pretties on several blogs. I have to check those books out. Here’s the synopsis of the triology which also includes Specials:

This arc of Scott Westerfeld’s UGLIES trilogy follows the high-tech adventures of Tally Youngblood. As an ugly, then a pretty, and finally a special, Tally works to take down a society created to function with perfect-looking people who never have a chance to think for themselves. (from bn.com)

Alyce from At Home With Books wrote about The Bookseller of Kabul on her Friday Finds from last week.  That sounds very good.

Yvonne over at Socrates’ Book Reviews wrote a review about the book Compulsion… sounds like a great thriller!

I was intrigued with Kaye’s teaser over at Pudgy Penguin Perusals from the book  Dead Man Docking. That description of the dog just cracked me up!

What great books did you find?
